Do not get me wrong, I loved both books. In fact, I reviewed Surrender with a 5 stars.
If you read both books in a row starting with Kimberly Zant, you will understand why I am utterly conflicted.

Desperate straights call for desperate measures—If anyone had asked Anna before what she would be willing to do for money, what she’d just signed up for would NOT have been on the list. She’s discovered, though, that the needy can’t afford to be too picky. And, after all, what’s six weeks in the scheme of things? Despite her internal pep talk, though, she discovers she isn’t at all prepared for what she has to face in the mansion of ill repute-where ‘no’ is no longer a part of her vocabulary unless she wants to forfeit the money she needs so badly. Rating: Contains explicit sex, graphic language, and some scenes of sex with mulitple partners/ménage a trois. Genre: Erotic

[Siren LoveXtreme Special Edition: Erotic BDSM Menage Romance, M/F/M/M/M/M/M, public exhibition, sex toys] Lalita Marshall is in desperate need of money. When her best friend tells her about an opportunity that will relieve her of all her financial worries, Lalita feels it just may be too good to be true. Then, she finds out that this so-called opportunity would essentially make her a submissive sex slave to six very powerful and gorgeous men. When she finally meets Dorian, Zakary, Alec, Kane, Michael and Torryn, she knows she is in big trouble. The six of them not only exude a power that leaves her breathless, but they also leave her body sexually sated and exhausted. The longer Lalita spends with them, the more she knows that this isn’t just a job for her, not when she is starting to fall for each and every one of them.
